Tropical Fever - Kaleidoscope
This quilt took me a few months, but it was well worth it. I signed up for a class for this quilt and it looked very complicated. But the important thing to remember is accuracy and perfection, two important things required for a near perfect quilt. Lets face it nothing is perfect especially when you piece things together there is always a glitch. I have and will redo seems if necessary to make it as close to perfect as possible, because if you don't your seams will not line up and the results will be unthinkable, that is perfection, for me anyway. If you have made this pattern you know that these pieces have to be cut perfect and sewn with accuracy and precision. Patience something I didn't have when I was younger while sewing, but find myself very patient now. I guess that is what makes me a perfectionist. I only use the best of materials and brand names. On the border and back side of the quilt I used Batiks, I love Batiks.
